Reconciliations Administration Assistant

  • Location: Epsom, near the train station (no parking on site).
  • Hours: 37.5 per week- 100% office based (some hybrid offered once the person is up and running).
  • Hourly rate: £14.36- £15.38 per hour PAYE or £17.78- £19.09 per hour via an umbrella company.

We are seeking a Reconciliations Admin Assistant to join our team. This role requires an individual with strong Excel skills, capable of manipulating data using pivot tables, and ideally experienced with the Business Central system. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Perform daily reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Use advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, to manipulate and manage data effectively.
  • Input and manage data within the Business Central system, if experienced.
  • Identify discrepancies in data and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support financial operations and reporting needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to use pivot tables and other advanced functions.
  • Experience with Business Central is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
