Job Overview:We are looking for a skilled Band 6 Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team in Epsom. The successful candidate will deliver specialist paediatric physiotherapy within a school setting, independently managing a caseload and ensuring effective service delivery through assessments, goal setting, and intervention planning. This role is perfect for a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for working with children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide specialist paediatric physiotherapy within a school setting.

Independently manage a caseload of children and young people as per the service specification.

Conduct clinical assessments using interviews, observations, and standardised tools.

Develop individualised treatment plans based on physiotherapy needs.

Set rehabilitation goals and plan interventions to improve mobility, posture, and functional skills.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and caregivers to support therapy outcomes.

Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.

Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.

Minimum 6 months NHS experience in a paediatric setting.

Experience in paediatric physiotherapy, preferably within a school or community environment.

Strong clinical assessment and intervention planning skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in paediatric physiotherapy.
