Legal Cashier

Location: Epsom/Wimbledon

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Cashier to support the Financial Controller and a team of professionals in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a legal finance role and be proficient in legal accounting software and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Posting receipts and payments accurately.
  • Performing account reconciliations and checking invoices/statements.
  • Processing online payments and handling banking transactions.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial and management reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal accounting regulations and internal policies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Experience in a law firm accounts department is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Location & Work Environment:
  • The role is based in Wimbledon Village, with a temporary relocation to Epsom due to office refurbishment.
