Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic Epsom based employer, who are seeking a new member of their New Business team.
The team are responsible for handling queries from new customers and third parties regarding products and services, as well as proactively following up on leads and enquiries.
Specific responsibilities of the role will include:
- Responding to queries on the phone and via email, from prospective customers
- Providing accurate product information to customers
- Proactively following up on enquiries made online or submitted via intermediaries
- Issuing relevant documentation
- Various administrative tasks
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a proactive telephone based role
- Experience or an interest in Financial Services would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- IT literate with the ability to learn new systems
