Hybrid: 2 days from Home, 3 days in the office
Insights Manager’s Core Duties
- Manage monthly planning cycle, define model and channel objectives
- Hold monthly meetings to agree operational plans
- Manage and report on KPIs and address performance issues
- Compile presentations for senior management as required
- Ensure compliance with emissions trading scheme and report on performance
- Identify ways to enhance team performance and efficiencies
Insights Manager’s Skills Required
- Experience as an Insights Manager within the manufacturing sector
- Experience working within the automotive sector
- Team management experience
- Good analytical skills and highly numerate with advanced Excel skills
- Good project management and organisational skills
- Great communications and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market and planning principles
