Facilities Manager Epsom, SurreyFull time, 9-5pm (Hybrid working) £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Our client based in the hear of Epsom, Surrey is currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their Head Office and to manage head office admin, HSE and corporate IT. Will report to the VP.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the access to and maintenance of the premises
  • Manage the mail
  • Manage office supplies
  • Manage visitors
  • Manage external IT providers
  • Maintain the catalogue of hardware including users in Epsom
  • Manage maintenance & replacement of hardware in Epsom (computers and peripherals)
  • Manage catalogue and subscription of general IT software in Epsom (security, email, MSOffice, ArcGIS excluding other technical software), maintain contact with existing and potential providers
  • Manage hardware warranties in Epsom
  • Support to cybersecurity (global):
    • prevention of staff members through training
    • QC of systems for security (procedures for personnel and software for control)
    • Management of cybersecurity global insurance
  • Establish and maintain HSE Management System on a general level
  • Be the HSE Supervisor of Epsom premises and employees, including communication on procedures and policies, staff training, testing, first aid
  • Manage all contractors and service providers (cleaning & repairs, mailing, internet, travel, electrical work, etc.)
  • Support Data Manager with data requests
  • Support senior management
