Service Delivery ManagerWe are supporting our long-term client in their search for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take full responsibility for all third-party suppliers and outsourced partners.Due to their sector being financial services, we are targeting someone with exposure to Consumer Duty from an FCA regulated environment.With a full understanding of the Procurement and Supplier Management Policy and Framework, you will be responsible for ensuring the expectations of their customer service employees are maintained and your clients remain forefront on every call.Although your base will be Epsom, you will be required to commute on a fortnightly basis to Birmingham, to establish and maintain strong relationships.Requirements:

  • Day to day management and oversight of services provided by suppliers, engaging relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilise relevant MI and reporting tools, to ensure oversight of third parties' quality and operational performance levels.
  • Building strong, effective and close relationships with SP's, encouraging a good customer outcome ethos.
  • Input into reviewing, maintaining, and negotiating of contracts and commercial agreements, working closely with internal procurement and legal teams respectively.
  • Identifying trends, understanding findings, and sharing feedback on contract performance to get the best out of the third parties.
  • Work within a vendor management framework, creating and maintaining strong governance and controls, including invoice management.

What you'll get to own:

Key Experience & Skill:

  • Full understanding of the Procurement and Supplier Management Policy and Framework.
  • Min 2 yrs experience of managing supplier performance in a large, regulated and controlled environment.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations relating to outsourcing and supplier activity.
  • Awareness of Risk, Conduct and Compliance management.
