What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers nearing the end of their finance agreements, offering tailored solutions.
- Contacting customers who have requested settlement figures and may be considering other options.
- Providing competitive refinance quotes to suit individual needs.
- Liaising with third-party dealerships to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Managing referrals and delivering outstanding service throughout the process.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in telesales, sales, or a call centre environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to hit and exceed targets.
- The ability to adapt to new processes and work efficiently under pressure.
