Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen in creating seasonal menus with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and kitchen hygiene
- Manage a team of chefs, providing training and support

- Work closely with management to control costs and maximize profitability
Requirements:
- Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a premium dining environment

- Financial acumen to manage budgets and GP
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum, plus benefits
