What You’ll Be Doing

  • Daily support of the Data Privacy Team mailbox:
  • Supporting customers with DP enquiries
  • Supporting internal business teams with DP requests
  • Assisting DP team with business projects
  • Supporting the automation of DP processes on the client’s platform
  • First point of contact for Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) & Record of Processing Activities (RoPAs)
  • Attend & lead monthly business partner meetings
  • Attend monthly Data Governance Committee meetings

Experience You’ll Gain

  • Ability to apply privacy laws in real time commercial situations
  • Working as an integral part of the business support team
  • Accredited Data Privacy qualification
  • Management of privacy initiatives

Qualifications and Experience You’ll Need:

Essential

  • Minimum 6 - 12 Months Data Privacy Experience
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Desirable

  • Relevant DP qualifications
  • Exposure to OneTrust modules
  • Experience providing data privacy training and awareness
  • Ability to build on and improve existing DP processes
