With a new award-winning technology platform, they are rapidly scaling to meet the evolving security needs of businesses and public sector organizations. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are expanding their new business team and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in acquiring new clients. This is an exciting opportunity to sell an innovative, life-saving solution in a growing market.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing both quick-win and complex enterprise deals. You will develop and execute a sales strategy, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn, Google Alerts, and industry events to prospect effectively.
Success will be measured by your ability to drive new subscriptions, contributing to the company’s mission of protecting workers. You will also collaborate with marketing and account management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition to long-term retention.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. You should be confident in building relationships with senior stakeholders, delivering persuasive presentations, and navigating complex sales cycles. Experience within a metric-driven environment, strong CRM management skills, and the ability to self-generate leads are essential. Familiarity with tender processes and the ability to negotiate at C-level will be advantageous.
