Role Description:
You will be tasked in identifying new B2B sales opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving growth in key markets for a personal safety product portfolio, being instrumental in promoting the companys mission of enhancing personal safety and well-being.

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and close new B2B sales opportunities within targeted markets.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with the companys growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement B2B marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the personal safety industry, including trends, technologies, products, and competitors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Establish long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and within relevant industry organisations.

Essential Experience & Skills:
  • The ability to close opportunities.
  • Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or relevant role in the B2B sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and growth, meet targets, and form strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
