The Role of the Business Manager• The goal is for this person to develop into Managing Director of the company.• To begin with, learning the ropes of the business, attending service calls, familiarising with the manufacturing process.• As the role develops, creating marketing plans, driving new business, overall management of the business etc.• Handling existing accounts.
The Ideal Person for the Business Manager• Mechanical Engineering degree or similar.• Strong business acumen.• Desire to build a business.• Risk Taker
