Your Role:
- Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to the nursery team.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment for children.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community.
- Manage the nursery's daily operations, including budgets and resources.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
- Proven experience in a senior early years role (Nursery Manager or Senior Role preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood development.
- A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic approach.
- Valid Enhanced DBS check will need to be completed.
