Vacancy: RICS BUILDING & REGISTERED VALUATION SURVEYOR - Property Professional

Location: South West / Great London (KT, SM, TW, GU Postcode areas)

Salary: OTE £80k

Position: Permanent - Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced RICS Building & Valuation Surveyor to join a professional expanding professional Property Services company.

You must be able to work independently and autonomously as well as being able to work as part of a busy and successful team.

You will be required to and undertake Commercial and Residential Level 2 and Level 3 Property Surveys for private clients, plus other professional work including Landlord & Tenant Act procedures and experience of working in a similar position before is essential.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Valuer to cover the eventuality of a professional valuation being required, and RICS qualified with post qualification experience.

Skills required for this RICS Building & Valuation Surveyor role will include:

• RICS / Registered valuer
• Post qualification experience essential.
• Valuation experience in the London market beneficial
• Highly motivated individual
• Proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion
• Strong organisational skills in order to set priorities and be responsive to customer requests
• Multi-tasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queries
• In-depth knowledge of best valuation practices
• Attention to detail/disciplined individual
• A good team player with strong analytical skills
