The position available is for a Client Services Executive in Vending Services located in Epsom, Surrey.
The salary range for this role is between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum, along with a company car, London weighting, and a 10% bonus based on KPIs.
The primary responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships within the shopping centre portfolio, overseeing installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidates should ideally have a client support background, preferably with experience in construction, groundworks, or installations, although other relevant backgrounds will be considered.
A minimum of two years of experience in a client-facing role is preferred.

Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Client Services Executive for an international vending services business based in Epsom, Surrey.

As Client Executive you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients within their shopping centre portfolio. You will be overseeing installations, making sure they get positioned within timescales and to customer satisaction

This is a varied role where you will get involved with operational, support, financial performance and market analysis focusing on the sites within the shopping centre network.

The ideal candidate will come from a client support background and have a construction related background with familiarity of groundworks/installations, however other backgrounds will be considered on their own merits.

The salary on offer os £30000 to £35000 plus company car, london weighting allowance and a 10% bonus plan based on KPI's
