Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Location: Epsom, Surrey?
Job Summary: The Press Brake Operator is responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, or straighten metal and plastic materials as specified by work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.?
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to produce components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.?
- Perform quality checks using measurement tools to ensure components meet quality standards.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and reporting any issues.?
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.?
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience operating press brake machines or similar equipment.?
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.?
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.?
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as required.?
