Project Coordinator / Procurement OfficerEpsom, Surrey – Office Based

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator and Procurement Officer to join a growing company and assist in the smooth running of various projects. You’ll be working alongside our Director and Office Manager, supporting with procurement, tendering, admin, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure materials for ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Assist with the setup of new projects and manage related documentation
  • Support the tendering process for new contracts
  • Manage day-to-day administration tasks related to projects
  • Liaise with the site team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Assist in tracking project timelines, budgets, and other related admin duties
