Our client is seeking an Assistant Credit Controller to join their team. As an essential member of their small accounting department, the Credit Controller will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of the company's payment collection. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to begin a career within finance.

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager the successful candidate will assist with daily payment procedures and support the financial operations of the company.

An attractive salary is on offer dependent on your level of experience, your daily duties will consist of:

  • Assisting with the credit control process
  • Contacting clients for payment
  • Deal with client queries
  • Resolve disputes
  • Produce customer statements
  • Send out letters of demand
  • Administer debtor account reviews
  • Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 1 years previous relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Good MS Office experience
  • Excellent communication, approachable and friendly nature
