Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a prestigious employer based in Epsom, who are seeking an experienced Complaints Handler to join their team.

The company are a Financial Services provider, so they are ideally looking for someone with experience within a regulated environment.

Specific responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Handling customer complaints in a timely manner in line with FCA regulations
  • Ensuring satisfactory customer outcomes
  • Communicating effectively with customers ensuring they are kept informed throughout the complaint process
  • Following the process through to resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements relating to complaint handling
  • Keeping accurate customer contact records

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous complaints handling experience, ideally within a regulated environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to use judgement to make sound decisions
  • Proactive, able to work effectively under pressure and use initiative
  • Time management and prioritisation skills

Due to company location, you will need your own transport.
