Specific responsibilities will include:
- Letter writing, phone calls, emails and updating data
- Preparation of management information and reports
- Responding to queries from customers and third parties
- Maintenance of various spreadsheets using Excel
- Managing and maintaining accurate customer records

- Previous experience within an administrative or customer focused role
- Experience in Financial Services would be beneficial
