Customer Service AdministratorEpsom, Surrey (Office based, please check you can commute to post code KT19 before applying) £26,000Hours: 9;00-17:30 Monday - Friday 

A highly successful and growing business within the leisure/entertainment sector is looking for an experienced Customer Service / Administrator who is looking for a career and not just a job.It’s a busy and varied role. Previous experience in a similar role along with excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering emails / phone calls from customers and solving issues
  • Follow the complaints procedure and logging all correspondence.
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers to help organise customer requests.
  • Provide troubleshooting advice and arranging spare parts to be delivered.
  • Logging customers who may require on site engineer visits.
  • Dealing with returns – working closely with the supplier and shipping company
  • Liaising with Engineers and scheduling installations
  • Generating reports for management
  • Implement systems and procedures
  • Check and respond to Google reviews
  • Working on a ticketing system

Skills and experience

  • At least 2 years’ customer service experience with an eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service
  • Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling
  • A technical mind would be an advantage
  • Able to multi task and prioritise
  • Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Good computer literacy (all systems used are computer based and many products we sell have computer systems driving them)
