A highly successful and growing business within the leisure/entertainment sector is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator who is looking for a career and not just a job.

Previous experience in a similar role along with excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Job Description:

  • Answering emails/phone calls from customers and solving issues.
  • Follow the complaints procedure and logging all correspondence.
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers to help organise customer requests.
  • Provide troubleshooting advice and arranging spare parts to be delivered.
  • Booking in customers who may require on site engineer visits.
  • Dealing with returns - working closely with the supplier and shipping company
  • Preparing delivery/ service notes.
  • Liaising with Engineers and scheduling installations.
  • Generating reports for management.
  • Implement systems and procedures.
  • Check and respond to Google reviews.
  • Working on a ticketing system.

Person Specification:

  • At least 2 years’ customer service experience.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling.
  • A technical mind would be an advantage.
  • Able to multi task and prioritise.
  • Experience of booking in Engineers would be an advantage.
  • Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Good computer literacy (all systems used are computer based and many products we sell have computer systems driving them).
