Previous experience in a similar role along with excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Job Description:
- Answering emails/phone calls from customers and solving issues.
- Follow the complaints procedure and logging all correspondence.
- Liaising with suppliers and couriers to help organise customer requests.
- Provide troubleshooting advice and arranging spare parts to be delivered.
- Booking in customers who may require on site engineer visits.
- Dealing with returns - working closely with the supplier and shipping company
- Preparing delivery/ service notes.
- Liaising with Engineers and scheduling installations.
- Generating reports for management.
- Implement systems and procedures.
- Check and respond to Google reviews.
- Working on a ticketing system.
Person Specification:
- At least 2 years’ customer service experience.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling.
- A technical mind would be an advantage.
- Able to multi task and prioritise.
- Experience of booking in Engineers would be an advantage.
- Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Good computer literacy (all systems used are computer based and many products we sell have computer systems driving them).
