Customer Service Advisor
Rate- 11.44 per hour
Location- Epsom
Hours - 37.5 hours
Length of assignment - 12 weeks + (possible temp to perm opportunity)
Start date - January 16th 2025
We are seeking fantastic customer service candidates for a client of ours based in central Epsom.
The role will involve training on site for the first 12 weeks and then there is potential to move into hybrid working.
The position will involve taking inbound calls from members of the public regarding their membership, changing details and general enquiries. You will also be trained on web chat, email and social media enquiries, so your ability to compose professional written text is essential.
Shifts are 8 hours covering the opening hours of 8-8 Monday to Friday and 9-1 Saturdays, week of late shift (12-8) and Saturday shift on a 6-8-week rotation. 9am-5pm shift for the first 6 weeks whilst training
You will have some experience within a customer service environment, be it another inbound call position, hospitality, or retail. If you are looking to make a move into a position where you build rapport and trust, then this is the one for you.
