Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a fantastic client based in Epsom. They are seeking a confident, professional and enthusiastic individual to join their Customer Service team.

Working within a friendly team, this is a busy role, and they are looking for someone with strong communication and organisation skills, along with excellent attention to detail.

Specific responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Responding to phone calls and emails from customers
  • Resolving queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers
  • Giving advice to customers about products
  • Arranging engineer visits where required
  • Liaising with engineers and scheduling appointments
  • Generating reports for management

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an office based Customer Service or Administrative role
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Able to multi task and prioritise
  • Attention to detail

Please note that this role is fully office based, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.

The company offer a salary depending on experience in the region of £26,000, with benefits including onsite parking, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and genuine opportunities for career progression.
