Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator on behalf of a leading client based in the Epsom area who work within the retail sector. The main scope of this role will be to provide efficient and effective support to Clients through a variety of different means.

Duties will include:

  • Give first line advice and guidance to customers and accounts managers with strong resolutions to any issues
  • Setting up new client user accounts
  • Overcoming ordering issues on the Ecommerce system
  • Guiding customers through the process
  • Troubleshooting and logging technical issues which may occur on the Ecommerce platform
  • Monitor and analyse ecommerce performance metrics

Experience Required

  • Have Sales Order processing experience so you understand the process involved
  • Be a strong problem solver with good IT skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • GCSES C and above in Maths and English
  • IT proficient
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and be adaptable
