About the Role:

This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business needs and data solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and BI developers to ensure high-quality data-driven insights and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

? Understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.? Support BI reporting and dashboard development (Power BI, IBM Cognos, Tableau, Excel).? Collaborate with technical teams to develop and enhance data solutions.? Ensure data integrity and accuracy through analysis and testing.? Maintain key documentation, including business glossaries and report catalogues.? Identify process improvements and efficiencies within data services.

What We're Looking For:

?? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.?? Experience with BI tools (IBM Cognos, Power BI, Tableau or similar).?? Proficiency in Excel (advanced level) and Microsoft Office Suite.?? Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modelling.?? Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.?? A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills.
