Data Analyst (Graduate Level)

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of relevant work experience, looking to develop and grow within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyse large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to support business decision-making.
• Utilize SQL to extract data from various sources and perform complex queries.
• Analyse data using advanced Excel techniques (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, macros) for detailed reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve reporting processes.
• Present findings to key stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights and trends.
• Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of work experience in a data-related role (internships or placements included).
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts, and macros).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with other data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with ETL processes or data warehousing concepts.
