We are searching for a compassionate, detail-oriented Arrears & Collections Specialist to join our client's team, based locally.

In this role, you'll engage with each customer, using your listening skills to build rapport and understand the different aspects of their situation. With empathy and a non-judgmental approach, you'll help create appropriate payment plans to support them.

Your Role:

  • Manage customer accounts and assist with arrears resolutions.
  • Offer tailored solutions, such as affordable repayment plans, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Focus on delivering positive customer outcomes, especially for those in financial difficulty.

The Individual:

  • Previous arrears, collections, debt management experience.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty and Litigation.
  • Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • IT Proficient.
