Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an Assistant BIM Coordinator (Asset Data) based in Epsom on a permanent basis.
Your Purpose:
Responsibilities:
- Champion data-centric approaches to delivering engineering projects and ensure that our information management practices are understood and implemented.
- Manage the development of accurate asset information and data on projects following project and industry standards.
- Support the development and management of asset data standards aligned to industry best practice including, for example, defining data dictionaries, reference data libraries, and data models.
- Support the application, development and maintenance of new processes and technology to embed asset data as standard ways of working (including application of BS EN ISO 19650).
- Manage and apply BIM tools and processes to enable project teams to deliver coordinated 3D, 2D, and asset data.
- Create engaging and informative educational and training materials.
- Ensure project teams (internal and external) are aware of, and trained in, the application of information management procedures and processes being applied.

Experience:
- Educational Background - Preferably a Degree in Engineering, Information Services, or related field.
- Foundational knowledge of Data Fundamentals with some Data Analysis experience.
- Foundational knowledge of Information Management / BIM.
