I am supporting a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join an experience team to deliver a successful scheme within Surrey.
This key position will report to the Regional General Manager and be responsible for key areas including: -
- Working closely with experienced service partners to deliverexcellence across all operational aspects including security, cleaning & maintenance services, ensuring full compliance.
- Engaging & establishing strong relationships with all tenants, ensuring open communication & support.
- Working with the marketing providers to drive events & marketing opportunities.
- Working closely with key stakeholders, town partners & community groups to drive open communications & opportunities.
- Driving high standards of services across all areas of the scheme.
- Driving commercial opportunities across the scheme.
- Deputising for the General Manager as and when required & taking up duty management rota responsibilities.
- This is a key operational & commercial opportunity that will engage in all areas & ensure high service delivery across all areas whilst working on marketing, events & community opportunities.
Candidates will holdproven experience & a passion withinhigh service delivery, along with the ability to capture engagement & marketing / commercialopportunities
