What you'll do:

  • Manage customer service interactions for credit line customers, from settlements to account queries.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for credit lines, working closely with underwriting to manage liabilities.
  • Coordinate payments, invoicing, and reconciliations with a strong eye for detail.
  • Support dealers, brokers, and the field team by resolving queries and providing expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

The experience we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (intermediate or above).
  • Experience in administration or operations within a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • A logical thinker with excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a true team player who thrives on adaptability.
  • A background in finance or credit control is advantageous, but a proactive attitude and drive to learn are key!
