The Role
As Finance Director, you’ll oversee financial performance, strategy, and planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership and the board.
- Develop and execute financial strategies for growth and sustainability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for revenue and profit improvement.
- Manage cash flow, audit processes, and compliance with regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.

The Ideal Candidate

- Proven Experience in multi-site people based businesses such as Retail, Hospitality or Construction beneficial.
- Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams.
- Strategic financial planning expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience in finance, accounting, and corporate reporting.
- Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
