Role Overview

As a Financial Administrator in this role, you’ll play a crucial part in the smooth running of the firm’s operations. You’ll support the team in providing high-quality financial administration services to a select group of very high-net-worth clients. Your role will be varied and interesting, and while you won’t be expected to climb the corporate ladder, you’ll have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a focused, steady role.

Key Duties:

- Client Records Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client files, managing and organising records in line with company policies.

- Portfolio Support: Provide administrative support in managing client portfolios, processing transactions, updating reports, and assisting with general portfolio administration.

- Document Preparation: Assist with the preparation and submission of financial documents, including investment reports, tax forms, and client correspondence.

- Client Liaison: Support the team in managing client communications, responding to queries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

- Regulatory Compliance: Help ensure that all processes comply with relevant regulations and company procedures.

- General Administration: Provide daily administrative support to the wealth management team, managing appointments, taking notes, and maintaining client records.
