We are seeking experienced and versatile Carpenter Multi Trade Operativesto join a leading landlord managing domestic housing stock across the Epsom area. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a full-time, long-term position with excellent career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance across various trades, including Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting & Decorating
• Maintain a high standard of work in line with company guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.

Example of work

• Internal door replacements
• Fire door replacements
• Stair repair
• Boxing in
• Banister
• Floorboards
• Shed doors/frames
• Gates
• Gain entries
• Overhaul toilets
• Tap overhaul or replacements.
• Mould treatments
• Reconnect or reinstate plumbing after kitchen unit/ worktop replacement

Requirements:

• Carpentry coretrade background with additional skills inPlumbing, Painting & Decorating.
• Full, valid UK driving license (max 6 points).
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• At least 2 work references will be required.
• Ability to work professionally and presentably at all times.
