CX Specialist - Mystery Shop Programme - £48,000

I am currently working with a globally recognised organisation who are looking for a CX Specialist to join their Data and Insights team. In this role you will take responsibility for the mystery shop programmes across the business, liaising with stakeholders from different retailers to provide insight on the results of the initiative.

You will work closely with the data team in order to provide useful insights that stakeholders can use to make data driven decision and improve operational efficiencies. You will have full autonomy on the mystery shopper programme and will also support the wider team with other CX programmes such as surveys, online reviews and consumer workshops.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas.

  • Day to day planning of the organisations Mystery Shop programme.
  • Provide business stakeholders with key findings from the mystery shopper reports
  • Support the data teams to ensure they creation of data-led insights
  • Support the wider CX team with other consumer focus programmes

This is a salaried role paying up to £48,000 per annum depending on experience. This is a hybrid role based in the organisation's office in Surrey. To be successful in this role you will have.

  • Previous experience with mystery shopper programmes within a retail environment
  • Strong CX research experience
  • Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Experience with tools such as Medallia or Qualtrics would be beneficial
