Job Title: Hygiene Manager
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary: Up to £42,000
Hours: (Nights) Sunday to Thursday, 10pm – 7am

Overview of the role:
To ensure the hygiene team deliver the highest level of hygiene standards and work as a team to ensure our site and customer's hygiene standards
Daily Responsibilities:
- To contribute to the Health & Safety, Food Safety and Socio-Environmental values.
- Achieve all KPIs.
- To be fully conversant and comply with factors relating to COSHH regulations.
- Follow Company procedures, especially those regarding Food hygiene.
- Ensure hygiene duties on site are carried out.
- Comply with hygiene equipment and PPE colour-coded system within the factory.
- All relevant cleaning checklists completed as per schedule.
- Report any damages to factory equipment or other issues to engineering, production or other relevant departments.
- Order and manage hygiene chemicals and consumables.
- Manage laundry requirements: delivery of cleans collection of dirties, and allocation of coats to staff to ensure availability for the next delivery.
- Create CIC instructions as required.
- Risk assess and approve new equipment introduced to the site, communicated any hygiene/fabrication concerns to engineers.
- Train and coach hygiene team on hygiene tasks
- Carry out PDPs and one-to-one meetings with the team.
Work on hygiene performance, cleaning improvements to ensure environmental micro testing results are within specification.
