An excellent opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Legal PA with at least two years of experience within private practice to join this well established and highly reputable law firm based in the heart of Surrey.

You will be supporting at Partner level in the Family Division.

Duties as follows:

  • To provide highly effective PA/secretarial support at Partner level
  • To accurately prepare correspondence and documents
  • Audio typing
  • Diary management and arranging client meetings on behalf of the Partner and other Fee Earners within the team.
  • To prepare the conference room for client meetings
  • To liaise with and update clients, both in person and by phone on their respective cases.
  • To update the firm's Case Management System as required.
  • To undertake on-line form filling on the HMCTS court portal.
  • To ensure the complete confidentiality of all client's documentation and information.
