Multi Utilities Estimator
Location: Epsom

A leading provider in the utilities sector is seeking an Estimator to support project coordination, management, and quotation preparation. This role involves engaging with customers, suppliers, and contractors to assess scope, gather necessary information, and ensure commercially viable project proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring effective coordination throughout all stages.
  • Prepare technically sound and financially competitive quotations, including design and cost assessments.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to manage priorities and streamline communication.
  • Ensure project proposals align with company policies, budgets, and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, ideally with a focus on Power Distribution.
  • Experience in gas, electricity, or multi-utility projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical diagrams.
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and organisational skills.
