Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 depending on knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our range of airsoft products.
• Assist customers in selecting the right gear and accessories to suit their preferences and budget.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our sales systems.
• Stay updated on new product releases, promotions, and industry trends to better serve our customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold Nuprol's reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for airsoft and a strong knowledge of airsoft gear and accessories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
