Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Epsom

Salary: 25,000 per annum

Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join one of our clients in Epsom. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting clients with their home decor needs, and driving sales by upselling and cross-selling products. With a passion for interiors and an eye for detail, you will help our customers create beautiful living spaces.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering product advice.
Upsell and cross-sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
Keep the store well-presented and stocked.
Stay updated on product trends and collaborate with team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a retail sales role ideally within the home furnishings or interior design sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
An initiative-taking approach to sales, with experience in upselling or cross-selling products.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Benefits:

Salary of 25,000 per annum + 1% commission on all sales (genuine OTE 28k - 32k)
