We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Gas Installation Administrator to join one of our market leading gas contractors. This role plays a key part in supporting our Gas Installation Department, ensuring the efficient management of engineer schedules, paperwork, and client communications.

Salary starting at £24,000 a year and will be reveiwed after probation

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Approving engineer timesheets and ensuring accuracy
  • Allocating work to engineers, electricians, and builders
  • Running weekly job status reports to track progress
  • Managing daily work schedules and confirming appointments with residents
  • Communicating with clients via phone and email across multiple contracts
  • Ensuring all jobs have the necessary materials and information for completion
  • Checking asbestos registers when required
  • Raising orders for subcontractors and approving timesheets

What They Are Looking For

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within gas installations or construction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software (training provided)
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach to work
