Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator where you will assist the Procurement & Facilities Manager with all elements of administration.

This is initially a temporary position, to start on the 15th July 2024, and will run for approximately 3-6 months.

The Individual:

  • Strong administrator
  • Confident on Excel
  • Able to prioritise workload and work to targets
  • Excellent attention to detail

The Role:

  • Assisting with work schedules and diaries
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Ensuring certificates are up to date and filed
  • Coordinating works for sites
