Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new Care Assistant to work within our client's nursing home in Dronfield.
Care Assistant vacancy details:
- £11.44 per hour
- 36 hours per week available

Care assistant main duties:
- Provided compassionate, person-centered care to residents with dementia, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assisted residents with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and mealtime support.
- Monitored residents' health, reporting any changes to senior staff promptly.
- Supported residents in engaging with activities to promote mental and physical stimulation.
- Maintained accurate and confidential records of care provided and resident behavior.
- Collaborated with a team of care staff to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
- Needs to be someone passionate about dementia care
- NVQ level 2 prefered but not required
