The successful candidate will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with current legislation, and foster a positive work culture.Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Create, review, and update HR policies to align with the organisation's goals and legal requirements.
  • Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process to fill positions promptly, including drafting job descriptions, person specifications, and engaging advertisements.
  • HR Support: Offer professional HR coaching, support, and advice to management and staff, promoting a motivated and high-performing workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgement.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay informed about employment law changes to maintain compliance in all HR practices.
  • Training Programs: Collaborate with senior management to design and deliver training workshops and programs.
  • Exit Processes: Coordinate the staff exit process, collect and analyse feedback, and communicate findings to improve employee retention.

  • Talent Management: Support talent management initiatives by monitoring development plans and providing clear performance reports.
  • Wellbeing Initiatives: Lead programs aimed at improving employee wellbeing and maintaining high retention rates.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Integrate Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion principles throughout HR practices.
  • Payroll and Finance Coordination: Work with the Finance Team to manage payroll updates and ensure the smooth execution of the pension auto-enrolment process.
  • HR Metrics: Generate monthly HR reports and provide workforce data to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal HR processes to uphold best practices.
