Are you looking for your first job within Wealth Management as a Graduate

You will have degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field is required for a wealth management firm that works with HNW and UHNW clients.

We have met and placed four employees with my client, a chartered independent financial planning firm with offices close to Leatherhead. For HNW retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners in Sussex, Kent, and London, they provide comprehensive financial assistance. They currently oversee the affairs of two hundred families. They offer guidance on retirement planning, investments, tax planning, cash flow modelling, pensions, and safeguards. Their relationship has been going on for twenty years.

The company has received multiple accolades, is actively involved in the neighbourhood, and supports a wide range of charity initiatives. They have a very high retention rate because they prioritise providing outstanding customer service. The support staff is made up of seasoned administrators and paraplanners who are actively encouraged to advance and grow as individuals and professionals through industry tests and continuing professional development. Additionally, the company employs committed operations specialists who make sure everything runs smoothly.

A new position is being created by the managing director for a recent graduate who want to start their career in wealth management and has a relevant degree in mathematics, finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field. A bright non-graduate or school-leaver with some foundational experience in financial services and other engaging extracurricular interests will be taken into consideration by my client. For this position, a positive outlook, a readiness to learn, and the motivation to get started are essential. You must wish to pursue a career in financial services wealth management and desire to prepare for industry tests.

Salary: £23k - £26k (negotiable)
