Our client is a Wealth Management Planning firm in Epsom/Leatherhead whom we have met and placed staff with. They offer financial advice to HNW private clients who are retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across Surrey and London, however they do have client based abroad. Some of their clients have been with the business for over 10 years and they have built genuine relationships which go beyond just managing their financial affairs. They manage the affairs of over 200 client families in their current setup with £1m of assets to invest per client on average. The clients receive advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, protections (both personal and business). Their highest net worth clients with over £2m to invest do get involved more complex products and wealth structuring. The Advisers are supported by a highly experienced team of Administrators & Paraplanners who report into a dedicated Office Manager/Operations Manager. They are pushing the business forward in a positive fashion with big expansion plans over the next 5 years, but this will be gone organically as opposed to any Private Equity support or from a national consolidator.
The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role for an Investment Administrator to be supporting the team of Paraplanners and experienced Financial Advisers. The role will be suitable for a recent graduate with a degree in Finance/Maths/Business or similar and knows that Investments is the sector for them. Alternatively the Directors will consider a candidate with a few years of experience with Investments and processing trades. Full training and study support packages towards your diploma and Chartered status will be provided.
