Our client is seeking a conveyancing solicitor for their Epsom office to handle a mixed caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and lease extensions and enfranchisement. You will have at least 5 years’ PQE.

Key Responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor:

  • Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
  • Ensure that billing takes place promptly and that outstanding balances are collected as soon as feasible.
  • Develop and maintain good client and commercial contact relationships.
  • To achieve all individual new business, financial and completion targets.
  • Use the correct procedures and systems in order to manage cases effectively and in accordance with the firm's standards and legal requirements.
  • Manage own caseload

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years’ PQE minimum
  • Highly Organised
  • Great communication skills
  • Good IT skills (essential)
  • High standard of client care (essential)
