Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Residential Property department, ensuring its growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee a diverse caseload, including high-net-worth transactions, leasehold matters, and new-build developments.
- Implement business development strategies to attract new clients and grow the firm’s presence
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
