Our leading and long-established client is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Legal Secretary to assist in their growing team.

Key Responsibilities as Conveyancing Legal Secretary:

  • Efficiently audio type, prepare, and amend draft documents to support the conveyancing process.
  • Open files, send initial letters, and ensure all documentation is accurately prepared and filed.
  • Provide clients with quotes, assist with queries, and handle telephone calls.
  • Prepare completed files for storage in compliance with firm protocols.
  • Deal with clients both in person and over the phone, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.
  • Make appointments and assist with general client queries.
  • Liaise with the Accounts department to obtain cheques, printouts, and other necessary documents.
  • Admin support performing general filing, photocopying, and other duties as required by fee earners.
  • Provide reception cover during periods of holiday and sickness, ensuring continuous service availability.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
